Shipping policy

Printful's shipping policy includes the following information:
  • Fulfillment time
    It takes 2–5 business days to fulfill an order, and 97.66% of orders ship within 5 business days.
  • Shipping time
    Shipping time depends on the destination and product availability, but can be estimated as follows:
    • USA: 3–4 business days
    • Europe: 6–8 business days
    • Australia: 2–14 business days
    • Japan: 4–8 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  • Shipping costs
    Shipping costs are not included in the product price and depend on the product amount, destination, and where the product is shipped from. Printful chooses the fulfillment center closest to the destination to minimize costs.
  • Reshipping
    Printful charges for reshipping orders, so you can decide if you'll cover the costs or ask the customer to pay extra.
  • International orders
    International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees that are assessed by your local customs office.
